Resort 2018- my subjective overview

Summer is still in full bloom, and the Resort 2018 collections deliver some great inspirations. This is my subjective pick of some of the more minimalistic brands and short description what I like about them.

What I like about it?

- ethereal blouses & breezy dresses

- flowy, silky fabrics

- relaxed silhuettes 

- sophisticated details: elongated sleeves, lace inserts 

- Palm Springs inspired pastel palette

What I like about it?

- core slip dresses, skirts, and camisoles

- surprising colors and details 

- season-less designs

- traditional tastefulness with the right amount of subtle fashion edge

What I like about the it?

- the traditional resort inspiration:  Cote d’Azur — a classic, upscale vacation 

- tailored looks with subtle nautical details 

- the skirt!

What I like about it?

- that she makes everyday clothes with a taste for refined, modernist femininity

- body-skimming dresses, liquid tops and trousers

- new details, like the hem of a navy dress

- a wider range of daywear than usual — with a focus on white shirting

- signature crafty details like embroideries

- range of fabrications
